Olivier Prevot-Carme's flavoursome cuisine is all about the ingredients. He uses each one in a straightforward way but the apparent simplicity is misleading, as the recipes, cooking and seasoning bring out all of the flavour within. Nothing pretentious, nothing complicated, nothing but pleasure!
