The name fits this restaurant like a glove as the “tricycle” acts as a very accurate metaphor for the three young chefs running the show here. In tandem with this, the simple decor combines the height of rusticity with an endearing bistro charm. However, Triciclo’s highlight is its contemporary cuisine which is centred on daily suggestions and highly personal à la carte recipes that are creative and exotic in equal measure. Dishes on the menu can also be ordered as half portions (“medias raciones”) and tapas.
