The friendly service and high level of cuisine should not come as surprise here given that the owner and his wife trained professionally in Paris for many years. In the modern dining room, with its dominant black and white tones and a large humorous mural on the theme of working in a kitchen, the à la carte offers traditional Portuguese recipes alongside numerous French dishes. Specialities here include the carpaccios, the fillet steak with a pepper sauce and, above all, its famous and impressive Francesinhas, a type of sandwich available in ten different varieties.
