Set in a collection of whitewashed cottages - the traditional restaurant was once a flour mill, hence its unusual shape. The focus is on meat and wine, with 21-day aged Aberdeen Angus beef a speciality. There's also a well-stocked wine shop, a more laid-back 'Chop and Ale House' and 16 tartan-themed bedrooms.
