Guests are treated to a fine dining experience in Allie's American Grille in the Hotel Marriott, Leipzig, which is situated in the centre of town. Diners are only served food of exceptional quality, with a mix of both international and regional Saxon cuisine. USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) prime grade beef, American bison, as well as many other varieties of meat gives an exceptional choice of cuts such as: T-bone; minion filet; or on-the-bone and prime rib, all of which make the restaurant a regular indulgent haunt for both private and business diners. There are numerous specialities listed on the menu, such as river pike perch filet baked in crispy bacon rind with potato ragout and a thyme jus, Argentinian beef tenderloin with watercress and freshly sliced horseradish, or with semi-frozen cream made from nougat on fresh figs with mint mousse. In addition to this, Allie's offers an ample lobster and seafood buffet, which caters to absolutely every desire on every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month. Allie's, which takes its name from Alice Marriott, offers a ?late-riser? breakfast every Sunday, with freshly made coffee or tea, various types of bread and rolls, sausages, cheese and fruit specialities, an egg menu and many healthy juices.
