Cooking has always been the passion of Errico, grandson of the legendary Andreina, so it’s no surprise that he has followed in his grandmother’s footsteps, developing his culinary skills by studying the mechanics of grilling and barbecuing on the spit which still greets guests when they enter the restaurant.
