With such a lovely lakeside location, the best tables at Seehof are clearly those on the terrace, although the dining rooms - where the decor ranges from rustic to a modern, minimalist-style - are also pleasant. Jürgen Hallerbach's cuisine includes such delights as local Maibock (the first roe deer of the season) and Arctic char, both of which taste just as good indoors as out.
