Ceiling fans, window grilles, booth seats and faux-marble tables are reminiscent of the good old cha chaan teng in Hong Kong circa 1960s. The décor also chimes with the food it serves - retro Cantonese classics that are well-made and reasonably priced. Chicken poached in honey soy stands out, with juicy velvety meat and well-balanced sauce. Deep-fried shrimp balls with cheese filling and pork lung almond milk soup are among diners' favourites.
