Wang Fu was one of the first shops to open on Wellington Street and its Pekingese dumplings are renowned. Over ten kinds of freshly hand-made dumplings with different fillings are on offer each day. Don't miss the green onion mutton dumpling or the vegetarian dumpling - the tomato and egg dumpling, which is only available after 2pm, is also good. As well as the dumplings and noodles, assorted hot Sichuan snacks are also offered.
