Claypot rice is cooked to order over a charcoal stove here and this gives it a characteristic smokiness and a crispy crust at the bottom. Order the one with eel and pork ribs for a rich fish aroma and luscious pork grease that coats every grain. The owner also runs a dim sum shop next door where you can order Cantonese bite-size munchies on the side. New items are added to the menu monthly; claypot rice and dishes are available after 6pm.
