The head chef used to be a sous chef at Ho Lee Fook, where chefs also take turns to cook for the staff, and his Vietnamese cuisine was especially popular. Later on, the owner opened this brasserie-style Vietnamese grill house and asked him to run the kitchen. On the menu, DIY rice paper rolls stand out, where guests have to wrap their own rolls. You'll also find a selection of French wines, Vietnamese beers and coffee.
