This is the first Asian venture of chef Martínez, who helms the famed restaurant 'Central' in Peru; in fact, three key members from there were relocated to Hong Kong to ensure his vision is replicated here. The interior is inspired by Peru's landscape and the chef's cooking. Signatures include pargo al rocoto (sliced snapper with celeriac, avocado and aji rocoto) and tacu tacu chupe (tiger prawns with beans and aji panca). Don't miss the aperitivos.
