Bjorn Frantzén's first restaurant outside Sweden aims to bring Nordic cooking with an Asian influence to Hong Kong. He gave the head chef full autonomy on its concept, from the menu to the interior. A sleek but cosy warmth characterises the décor. Every course has a story to tell and matches perfectly with their exciting wine list and Scandinavian craft beers.
