Here at Pfälzer Stube, Karl-Emil Kuntz shows his attachment to his roots in a menu including ‘Palatinate favourites’ such as stuffed pig’s stomach, bratwurst and liver dumplings. However, the calves’ kidneys in chestnut vinegar jus and braised beef roulade stuffed with gherkins are equally delicious. Lovely plant filled terrace.
