An elegant Normandy manor is home to a restaurant whose careful, hearty cuisine pays homage to seafood. The menu, based on the Fécamp fish market, can feature cockles, lobster, sea urchins and scallops. Meals are served in a rather unexpected interior, decorated with a fresco by Jean-Charles de Castelbajac of Etretat and its cliffs on the horizon.
