The cuisine of friendly chef Benedikt Freiberger is the perfect marriage between his own Saarland origins and his current Coesfield location. It ranges from classic dishes such as his 'fish potpourri' to Herrencreme: a traditional Munsterland vanilla cream dessert. There is also a lavish menu consisting of up to 12 courses in the evenings, as well as the value for money lunchtime offerings.
