Although lunch is rather limited, the kitchen remains particularly busy at all times and the cocktail program is nothing short of stellar. Creativity is at the center of each dish, including mortadella-stuffed agnolotti served with vibrant pea pureé and savory ham broth; or a block of deliciously flavored pork jowl coupled with Brussels sprouts, pommes purée, and apple jus. Distinct desserts may reveal a tart key lime pie nicely balanced by sweet coconut cream.
