The passion project of Chef Thai Dang and his wife, Danielle, HaiSous offers refined Vietnamese cuisine in a plum, gorgeous setting. The menu is divided into five sections, and it’s filled with some wonderful, lesser-known (and possibly unexpected) compositions you won’t want to miss. The restaurant offers an array of seating options: an open kitchen, fringed with comfy round seats; a bar area for cocktails and perhaps an order of those famous chicken wings; as well as two dining rooms, one fitted out with communal seating. Don't leave without sampling the refreshing goi vit (duck salad); cánh gà chiên (chicken wings, fragrant with fish sauce, garlic and chili); or tender eggplant and octopus, laced with coconut cream and crispy fried shallots.
