This restaurant occupies a typical country house. It specialises in traditional, regional cuisine made from local ingredient with dishes such as tajarin al ragù del vecchio Piemonte (pasta with a meat sauce), and guinea fowl with hazelnuts on the menu. Cosmopolitan wine list, although the emphasis is very much on wines from the region.
