A slice of Vienna in downtown Campbell, Naschmarkt scores high marks for its authentic flavors, inviting space and friendly service. The cozy, brick-walled dining room is a favorite among couples, and solo diners will have a ball at the wraparound counter, which has a great view of the busy open kitchen.
Most of the menu is traditional: think bratwurst, krautrouladen and Wiener schnitzel. The pan-roasted chicken breast, moist and juicy with a golden-brown seared crust, is served over a “napkin dumpling” made with compressed bread, tomato and herbs.
