Set in an industrial warehouse, NELC is both a fish market and a counter-service restaurant—complete with a nautical theme, picnic tables indoors and out and a happy crowd of young and old diners donning lobster bibs. Kick things off with the justifiably beloved lobster-corn chowder, thick with sweet, succulent meat in a rich and creamy-but not overly heavy-stock.
