This family-run restaurant protects a small part of the region’s history as it is said that its sturdy stone walls were once used as a staging post for stagecoaches travelling to France. Nowadays, the completely renovated interior has a rustic-contemporary look with designer detail and attractive touches of greenery. The chef here conjures up contemporary dishes with a focus on seasonal ingredients, hence the continually changing menus that experiment with raw ingredients, flavours and textures, and showcase impressive presentation.
