Gordon Ramsay may well now be an internationally acclaimed chef but he has not forgotten his British roots. Indeed, he has liberally sprinkled them over this historic brasserie in the centre of Bordeaux. Scotch egg with smoked salmon and fish and chips are served in the company of local country produce.
