The food on offer here at Schöngrün, a period villa next to the Zentrum Paul Klee, is now a little more down to earth but has lost none of its flavour. High quality ingredients feature in delicious dishes such as breast of poularde with risini, spring onions, summer truffle and parmesan. The tables in the modern glazed pavilion-style annexe are lovely and there’s also a pretty garden terrace.
