"Yoso" is Korean and stands for the elements of fire, water, air and earth, all of which are implemented by means of an interesting modern concept. In addition to Asian flavours, regional elements are also used. Fans of sushi will be happy too. At lunchtime, there is the inexpensive "business lunch" and a small à la carte selection; in the evening the offer is more extensive.
