Overlooking the Playa de Salinas and boasting stunning views, this attractive restaurant provides the backdrop for modern creative cuisine that aims to offer a different kind of dining experience through its combination of sweet and savoury ingredients and flavours, an ambition helped by the adjoining bakery and pastry shop. Choose between three menus: two options at lunchtime, and a third, Allegra, in the evening. The restaurant takes its name from local history – the Éleonore was the famous locomotive used by the Mina de Arnao, the first underwater coal mine in Europe.
