With its white façade with small windows and thatched roof, this cottage is the epitome of a Brière inn! The chef concocts his meticulous cuisine, adding the odd bold twist here and there that he always pulls off with great skill, as can be seen in his grilled scallops, lentils, Granny Smith and smoked bacon; Vendée duckling, olive purée with black garlic, parsnip croquettes, passion fruit vinaigrette... Original dishes, good produce (eels and frogs), along with a real sense of generosity make this a highly recommendable place! Fireplace, beams and floor tiles. One for the inveterate gourmets.
