Talented Trentino chef Alfio Ghezzi has given his dishes a contemporary flavour in this restaurant – and how could it be otherwise given the location! Situated in the famous Mart (Trento and Rovereto Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art), the restaurant offers just one seven-course tasting menu, which can be reduced to four courses if you prefer, in which one of the courses is dedicated to the exhibition held in the museum at the time. The options are different at lunchtime, when there’s a focus on simpler fare.
