Cyril Haberland, a chef whose credentials speak for themselves, opened L'Atelier in the centre of Périgueux with his wife. An inviting decor and friendly atmosphere set the tone for the chef's modern, neat dishes that highlight the many culinary treasures of France's South-West, as well as Bachès citrus fruits and cheeses matured by Dominique Bouchait. Highly recommended.
