An old manor house with a charmingly evocative ambience, the beautifully preserved Castel Pergine is home to a hotel, a restaurant, and an art gallery hosting exhibitions. In recent years, the restaurant has served modern cuisine with a focus on ingredients from the Trentino and southern Italy, created by chef Alfonso Aquino (a pupil of Oliver Glowig and Giuseppe Stanzione). The hotel boasts delightful guestrooms, as well as three towers with fine views.
