Description
This casual Chinese eatery wears two faces. At lunch it is called Bifun Azuma, serving specialities that have been around since the restaurant’s founding: the Chinese chimaki and fried rice vermicelli (bifun in Japanese). At night the name changes to Az (pronounced ‘Azoo’), evolving along the theme of wine and Chinese cuisine. The logo is an abbreviation of ‘A to Z’, signifying that the cuisine covers the Eurasian continent end-to-end, fusing local cooking in each country with Chinese cuisine.
