Situated just a stone’s throw from the Monte Porzio motorway toll booth on the Poggio le Volpi wine estate, this restaurant is home to famous German chef Oliver Glowig, who demonstrates his love and mastery of Italian cuisine in a modern dining room decorated with barrels in which the wine rests and “ages”. On the first floor, Epos serves faster and more informal meals, offering traditional dishes including a wide selection of different cuts of beef matured for up to 90 days and cooked over the charcoal grill.
