In this small, functional and contemporary restaurant featuring an open-view kitchen, with the added bonus of a few guestrooms, chef Miguel Liboreiro from Vigo focuses on modern Galician cooking with a hint of fusion influence, making almost exclusive use of the region’s superb seasonal products.
