Description
Chef Monica Galetti’s restaurant, which she runs with her husband David, occupies an understatedly elegant, modern basement room. Ingredient-led cooking features French influences and the occasional nod to New Zealand and the South Pacific, and dishes are assured, colourful and creative, with well-judged flavours. The tasting menu shows off the kitchen’s talents to the full, and the ‘Hokey Pokey’ dessert is not to be missed. Service is knowledgeable and attentive.
