One MICHELIN Star : High quality cooking, worth a stop!
Using top quality ingredients, dishes with distinct flavours are carefully prepared to a consistently high standard.
The restaurant is housed in the old and picturesque Archers’ Tower in Ljubljana castle, one of the city’s most iconic tourist sites. Adorned with decorative murals in 1950, the dining room now provides the backdrop for chef Igor Jagodic’s single surprise tasting menu (5, 7 or 9 courses). Dishes are modern and creative, with occasional French and Mediterranean influences, as demonstrated in the turbot escalope in a lemon breaded crust, which is sautéed in butter and finished with a beurre blanc sauce. The wine pairing focuses mainly on local wines.
