Useful information

Description

Jean-Luc Tartarin has a strong affinity with his native Normandy and creates fish and seafood-focused cuisine in which the modernism of Le Havre meets the soul of Normandy terroir, eg foie gras dumpling with oysters and ginger, lobster with white asparagus, John Dory with cockles and Stilton. To be enjoyed in a cosily refurbished interior done out in soothing beige tones, in a UNESCO World Heritage area. Nice wine list and good selection of ciders and calvados.
