Incantare is the Italian verb for "delight", which precisely describes the effect of the modern cuisine served at this chic restaurant. Tobias Funke and Martin Weber preside in the kitchen, creatively and harmoniously combining flavours, textures, fruit and acidity. They place great value on sourcing seasonal ingredients from the region and using environmentally friendly and resource-conserving producers. Some of the vegetables are grown especially for this establishment. The patisserie is rather special: they do their own thing, entirely dispensing with white sugar, for example. The exclusive wine pairings are also worth mentioning, with around 1 000 labels to choose from; the alcohol-free alternatives may also pique your interest. Extremely charming, competent and ever-attentive service. And then there's the great view!
