The journey out here to the countryside is well worth it, because Detlef Gerner and his wife Tanja live and breathe hospitality par excellence in their cosy restaurant. The hand-written menu features flavoursome dishes based on seasonal and predominantly regional produce – incidentally, they bake their own bread. In summer, you can sit on the terrace out front. Overnight accommodation in the pretty "Häusla" (for two to seven people).
