Susanne and Volker Aldinger skilfully combine traditional and contemporary here. The food is really tasty, from the à la carte menu to "Giblets Week", and nasi goreng (Indonesian fried rice) is also on the menu. You should definitely try the Swabian potato salad or the Flädlesuppe (pancake soup). Tip: the wines from their own winery!
