Description
Knut and Ulrike Hannappel have been your dedicated hosts here since 1993 and they have been keeping up with the times: tasteful minimalist interior design and modern cuisine. Under the supervision of Knut Hannappel and head chef Tobias Weyers, the kitchen team brings its considerable technical skill to bear on top-notch produce to create dishes that are innovative, technically sophisticated yet in no way overbaked.
