A restaurant with a modern feel that everyone is talking about given its aim of creating elaborate yet more informal cuisine based around lighter dishes that still retain incredible flavour. The couple that run it (chef Quique Vázquez mans the stoves while Ana Señarís takes care of everything front of house) like to describe what they offer as “casual” to make their guests feel very much at home, with a focus on delicate sauces, an interesting fusion of raw ingredients (marinated and smoked), plus an extensive array of rice dishes. Half-“raciones” are also an option on the menu here.
