Just a minutes' walk out the back gate to Shellharbour South Beach, this holiday home features free private parking and reverse-cycle air-conditioning. Lifeguards patrol the beach in summer.
The property features a timber terrace to enjoy the sunshine. There is a dining area and a kitchen equipped with dishwasher. A flat-screen TV and DVD player is offered. There is a private bathroom with a shower, and an additional shower and toilet in the laundry. Linen and towels are provided, with beds made up for your arrival.
You are now able to walk out the front gate to a new path at the end of the road to the new Shellcove Yacht Harbor with cafes, restaurants, tavern etc. Only a 10 minute walk. Or walk the other way to the original old Boat Harbor, playground, pool, cafes etc. Everything is in easy walking distance.
