The Michelin Guide's review
Consecrated as a cathedral in the 16C, Christ Church is the chapel of the largest and most prestigious of Oxford's colleges, colloquially known as "The House". Its 15C starred choir vaulting is magnificent. Admire also the stained-glass window in St. Lucy's chapel which dates from around 1330 and portrays Becket's martyrdom, as well as the Early English Gothic chapter house and the late- Gothic cloisters.
