At the mouth of the River Urumea, beyond Kursaal and running the length of the Gros district, this is a surfers' beach. Less busy than those in the bay (Playa de la Concha and Playa de Ondarreta), it has a more convivial, "intimate" ambience, and is bordered by 19C and 20C buildings.
