The name isn't just a playful nod to their inspiration; this restaurant just north of Greenville in Travelers Rest is a veritable showpiece for products sourced from their own 16-acre farm and other nearby farms. There is a relaxed elegance here, with hardwood floors, tall ceilings set with wood beams and wood tables with cushioned chairs. Offering three courses that naturally change with the seasons, guests choose from dishes like seared, meltingly tender pork belly with wild ramp oil and watermelon ponzu sauce to house-made ricotta cavatelli with braised short rib and butter bean in a roasted tomato jus. For the final course, savor a sweetcorn brûlée topped with a madeleine and caramel corn.
