Die Qualität der Speisen und die sehr gute Weinbegleitung (5 Weine für 40.-) im Gourmetrestaurant sind beide auf Sterneniveau. Eine echte Entdeckung. Eine 7-gängiges Menu mit altbewährten und neuen, überraschenden Komponenten. Wundervoll die Essenz der Seeforelle, das Rinderfilet mit Hummer und der Käse.

Das Dessert war gut, aber (noch?) nicht auf der Höhe der übrigen Gänge.
