J'avais commandé une bouteille Sauvignon de Touraine (sur la carte). On m'amène un seau avec une bouteille déjà débouchée, sans m'avoir présenté la bouteille. Comme je vois que l'étiquette est en Anglais, je vérifie : il s'agit d'un Sauvignon australien. Or l'on ne m'avait pas averti.Je fais la remarque et l'on me répond qu'il n'y avait plus de vin de Touraine. Heureusement qu'ils avaient un Muscadet sur Lie. Un client moins attentif à ce qu'on lui sert aurait été bien roulé. Preuve que le client n'a pas beaucoup d'importance ; pourvu qu'il consomme. J'estime donc que ce manque de sérieux et de correction devrait suffire pour ne plus faire figurer cet établissement dans le Guide Michelin.
