ottimo servizio molto professionale ed efficiente la cucina ha spunti interessanti con particolare riguardo alle materie prime usate molto buona la carne di bue introvabile abbinamenti audaci e qualche volta troppo pretenziosi senza nessuna ragione nel complesso un buon ristorante

troppi azzardi negli abbinamenti , tecnica dello chef buona ma a volte esagera nell'uso di ingredienti che nulla danno in piu' al piatto rendendolo cosi' troppo pasticciato e slegato
