- Célestin's "petits plats" are as comforting as can be! The terrine and the smoked salmon are among the classics of the house repertoire, and you can also tuck into the pike perch withbeurre rougesauce, a duxelles of snails or theterrine de campagnewith mushrooms... Amazing.

Cuisine prétentieuse mais ratée. Foie gras insipide, endives caramélisées où le caramel ajoute son amertume à celle de l'endive. Assortiment de fromage : 3 chèvres de formes différentes certes, mais affiné (si on peut dire) exactement pareil aucune nuance dans le goût... Très déçu. Après avoir essayé plusieurs restaurants du bib' j'étais convaincu que c'était une référence sûre. Y voir introduit ce restaurant me met dans le doute. Pour moi et par comparaison il ne mérite pas sa place dans ce gu
