- An institution on the road to the Riviera and one-time fiefdom of the legendary Fernard Point! The establishment is however far from nostalgic, illustrated by the designer decor (the lights are dimmed during the evening). Patrick Henriroux reveals know-how that is as discreet as it is faultless, mingling inventiveness and subtlety.

+Pros
Un acceuil extra par le chef Henriroux en toute simplicité et humour malgré l'excellence de son savoir faire. Une cuisine franche aux goûts marqués, un vrai délice notament un omble chevalier à la cuisson parfaite. La chambre de très belle facture et la décoration réellement superbe. Nous y retournerons prochainement à coup sûr !
